Section 1 – Basic Warranty Terms

Products Covered: Bathroom Mirror Cabinets, including single-door, double-door, and triple-door models.

  • One-Year Limited Warranty covering materials, frame, workmanship, LED lighting, and electronic components.

  • This warranty applies only to orders purchased through this website.

Section 2 – Warranty Coverage and Limitations

QueenFun guarantees that its mirror cabinets will be free from defects in materials, workmanship, and function under normal use for two years from the date of receipt.

Normal use means following the installation, operation, and care instructions provided with the product.

If your product is found to be defective under normal use, QueenFun will, at its discretion:

Repair the product, or Replace the product, orΒ Provide a refund for the defective item

Limitations:
This warranty does NOT cover damage or defects caused by:

  • Misuse, abuse, or unusual use

  • Accidents or neglect

  • Acts of God (e.g., floods, earthquakes, other natural disasters)

  • Improper installation or maintenance

  • Use of abrasive cleaners, bleach, alcohol, steel wool, or harsh chemicals

  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or replacement parts

Important Notes:

  • The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • QueenFun’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

  • Labor or other costs related to removal or installation of the product are not covered.

Section 3 – How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your mirror cabinet is defective under warranty, please contact QueenFun and provide:

  1. A copy of your original order confirmation

  2. The item number and quantity of defective products

  3. A clear description of the problem

  4. Photos or video showing the defect

Our team will review your claim and guide you through the repair or replacement process.

Section 4 – Warranty FAQ

Q: I placed my order on February 10, 2026. Until when is my warranty valid?
A: Your one-year warranty is valid until February 9, 2027.
