At QueenFun, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Custom items or clearance items that are clearly labeled with a “Clearance” tag on the product page are not eligible for refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

3. Return Process

Contact our support team at support@queenfun.com before returning any item.

Approved returns must include a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase

Expedited or express shipping fees

Shipping fees for orders that are returned due to personal reasons (such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or no longer needed)
If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will provide a full refund including original shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos or videos for assistance.
